- Here is my question. Does anyone else get extremely hot all the time. I
have thought it was part of menapause but now I am wondering if it's
part of FM. When I say extremely hot..I mean I can just be sitting and
get so hot I am going crazy. I have my air conditioner at 64 degrees in
my house. If I start doing anything that takes a little more movement I
turn beet red and everyone thinks I need to go to ER. My body gets so
overheated I need to sit down with ice packs to cool myself down a
little bit.
